Architectural services for home owners and commercial clients, from first ideas through design, approvals and preparation for building works.
Create space for the way you want to live. We help explore layouts, the relationship with your existing home and the connection to your garden. From a compact kitchen extension to a larger addition, the design starts with what you want to achieve.
Make better use of the space you already have. We help consider how rooms connect, where additional accommodation could fit and how alterations could improve everyday life.
Bring together your ambitions for a new home with the opportunities of the site. We develop architectural proposals and help coordinate the planning and technical stages needed to move the project forward.
We prepare drawings and support the planning application process, helping you understand the information needed and responding to design matters as the proposal develops.
Detailed drawings and specifications help explain how the design is intended to be built. We can coordinate the architectural information with structural design and other specialist input required for the project.
When the design is ready, we can assist with information for builders to price and support the next steps towards construction. The extent of our involvement is agreed in your quotation.
We also welcome enquiries from commercial clients considering building works or alterations. Tell us about your property and requirements so we can discuss the appropriate scope of service.
